Albert
Greetings! I'm looking for someone to create labels for two Atari 2600 demos I'm going to add to the AtariAge Store. Both demos were created by AtariAge user SvOlli. One of them is a 4K demo called 4kraVCS and the other is a 32K demo called Bang! Here are links that talk about both demos (along with links if you want to download and try them out): http://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=62965 http://xayax.net/bang!/ These are great 2600 demos if you haven't seen them before. Here are YouTube videos of each: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-hyxWtVaHbA I'm looking for someone to make labels for both demos -- they don't have to be anything sophisticated, but would be nice to have something that looks reasonably professionally designed. You can have free reign to do anything you want, and the labels don't have to have any consistency in style or layout between them (although you would be more than welcome to do that if you'd like). I will send a free cart of each demo to the person whose labels I use, as well as another 2600 homebrew game of the winner's choice. If I end up using labels from two different individuals, I'll give each person a cartridge with their label, as well as another game from the store. You can look at 2600 label specs and download templates here: http://atariage.com/features/contests/SpaceRocks/#technical I look forward to seeing what people come up with! ..Al
bennybingo
Unfortunately, there isn't any possible tie-in to Shatner, so I will have to respectfully decline. If I am not pasting Shatner's head on someone's body, I just end up turning into all thumbs with photoshop.
+SvOlli
Unfortunately, there isn't any possible tie-in to Shatner, so I will have to respectfully decline. It doesn't feature any Star Trek, but "Bang!" features "Raumpatrouille", the most successful German SciFi tv series, airing only 9 days after the first Star Trek episode: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raumpatrouille_%E2%80%93_Die_phantastischen_Abenteuer_des_Raumschiffes_Orion
+Nathan Strum
Unfortunately, there isn't any possible tie-in to Shatner, so I will have to respectfully decline. If you are not finding any possible tie-ins to Shatner… you are not trying hard enough. Everything can be tied-in to Shatner.
TrekMD
Both of these demos look great. I wish I had the skill to come up with a label. Alas, I'll have to see what others come up with. Having seen what folks have done for other carts, I know we'll be impressed.

CoreyremarK
I only just caught this via your Twitter Feed... I was wondering how the search was going... I have some time at the end of the week here to whip up a couple of designs... I've entered the last few label design contests and draw two webcomics (Remedy www.remedy.remedialcomics.com and Wonder Weenies www.wonderweenies.com... huge Atari 2600 fan/collector and my inner 8 year old self would just die at the opportunity to have art on even a demo... but I wanted to check and see if you've picked anything before I throw my hat in the ring!
