Reading Ultimate1MB clock

Hey guys,

 

Thought i would spin this sub-thread off, to keep from polluting the main BBS thread.

 

I need to be able to read the real-time-clock in the Ultimate 1MB, and potentially the R-Time8 (which I am running in emulation) in my BBS engine.

 

How best to do that under SpartaDOS X? versus under SpartaDOS 3.2?

Check the SDX manual first, under the "Programming" section. All RTCs are read and written to the same way in SDX, using a standard driver API. Don't have time to delve right now, but there may be a page seven kernel vector pertaining to "GETTD".
