HiassofT
Erhard Pütz discovered that the original V1.4 Speedy ROMs shipped with the Mega Speedy were buggy, under certain circumstances the Speedy would write data to the wrong sectors (ouch). After some tests we found out that we used an older V1.4 version of the ROMs and replaced the Speedy ROMs with the newer V1.4 ROM that also shipped with the Mini Speedy. I didn't know that different 1.4 version existed at all before that... Here's a software update with the new ROMs: http://www.horus.com/~hias/megaspeedy/software/megaspeedy-software-V1.00a-20150304.zip roms/speedy-bibodos.rom, roms/speedy-floppy2000.rom and roms/speedy-hss.rom have been updated with the new versions. For easy flash updating please use the speedy-roms.atr in the ZIP. It contains all 3 updated ROMs: SBIBO.ROM (Speedy + bootable V5.4 BiboDos), SF2000.ROM (Speedy + bootable Floppy 2000 tools) and SHSS.ROM (Speedy + bootable HSS copy). If you want to use the original Speedy mode we strongly suggest that you update the Speedy ROM slots. The Super Speedy and Mega Speedy modes are not affected by this bug, these ROMs are based on the newer V1.5 Speedy ROM. so long, Hias
