I can only commiserate. I was in the same boat and then the SGM that I ordered simply showed up on my doorstep (over a year later). All good things come to those that wait. It increases the ram and has sort of a improved sound chip. It makes basically turns the Colecovision into an MSX computer. This sold this morning. Thanks for the questions and offers.
