AmigosGaming
With an eco disaster story inspired by science fiction novel series La Compagnie des glaces, will this train based combat/exploration game stand up today under scrutiny from Boat and Aaron? Gotta love seeing and learning about so many games that I have never heard of in my life. Keep up the great work!

Very cool episode. The WW1 sim-types really explored in the early 90s with this title, The Red Baron, Wings, and Warbirds. Definitely a cool genre and looking forward to seeing what the boys have planned for future installments to come.

Not a bad game for the 'ole Amiga. Sure, there are other way more popular tile based matching games out there, but this seems to do the trick enough and seems worthy of playing now and then.
AmigosGaming
Klax, a 90's puzzler that seemed to be everywhere but did people actually play it? How does it STACK up against the likes of Tetris? Still, the fellas did a good job going over the game and I enjoyed it as always. Keep up the great work.

Did it stand out to you? Cosmic Pirate has some good aspects to it, but unfortunately it could have been a lot more expansive and/or varied mission wise than what it was. Definitely a fun looking game that could have been a lot better with more depth/meat to it.
AmigosGaming
Legends! We are lucky enough to have a couple in Boat and Aaron but these aren't the legends we are looking at today. However, next week's episode sounds fantastic as another look at Super Skidmarks is a good way to start the Second Look series. Take care and continue the great work gents! AmigosGaming
In the first of the Second Look episodes where Boat and Aaron take a look at a game they have reviewed before the show had a video version, the guys get to grips with Super Skidmarks. See the full episode here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HROm9SUyPa0 Audio only version is found here: https://anchor.fm/amigospodcast I remember this as a fun racer which featured some big jumps and little grip. Oh and it had Minis!

AmigosGaming
Saving the planet is something we should all be concerned with but did this 90s cartoon based game have what it takes to make a difference? See the full review here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o9z1GmWPPZQ&t=690s Audio version available here: https://anchor.fm/amigospodcast This game came bundled with the very popular Cartoon Classics pack in the UK. This is the pack I bought. For me, this was the least played game in the pack. It looked good but I couldn't figure it out and because it disappointed me on day 1 of Amiga ownership I never looked on it kindly. Was this the pack you had and what did you think of this compared to the other games in the bundle?

However, I think it gets killed too much imo. Definitely I would have been a lot better, but then again, can't we say that about most games, even the one's we love?

Another very good episode from the fellas. I messed around with the original Populous back in the day and I thought it was a fun game, but I never got much into it. However, I definitely feel that this is a better and more approachable god game than most. Definitely keep up the good work and I look forward to episode #300. Very good episode. Really enjoyed seeing some more good looking PD games on the Amiga. Also, it was great to see Boat get his foot stuck in his mouth again by saying the Bitmap Brothers were the most overrated on the Amiga. This gem was followed up from the previous one he left for us a few weeks ago when he said that the Amiga 500 should be left on a deserted island never to return. That stuff has to go on the end of the year review for sure.
