Paul Westphal
I know someone that can contact him. Just so you know, he told me he did not do any 8 bit 2600 conversions, or at least pitfall...Someone else did.
tschak909
but he was one of the programmers who worked on the 400/800 OS alongside Al Miller and Larry Kaplan, etc. and I'm...pretty sure that he did the APX release of Outlaw/Howitzer. -Thom

Franco Catrin
I know someone that can contact him. Just so you know, he told me he did not do any 8 bit 2600 conversions, or at least pitfall...Someone else did. But Pitfall wasn't a 8-bit 2600 conversion, it's a 2600 original which was later converted to the Arcade (by others).

rkindig
No luck so far with David. A few people have said they could help, but no contact as yet. There doesn't seem to be any direct way (that I can find) to contact him. Thanks to anyone who is trying. If it happens I'll post on here for questions that the group might want to ask. José Pereira
I wanna ask him, or maybe someone here can help, that in case there is an interest for doing a Pitfall III or a remake of the old two: "Who's today owns the rights to Pitfall?" Perhaps it was already posted here or is at some place on the web... Edited October 9, 2015 by José Pereira
