Both units are bulky regardless of how you look at it, but screen and sound quality is comparable if I recall correctly. I much prefer the Model II because of its sleeker look. The controls feel better to me and I like that it's flat instead of the "bend away" control positions of the II. Also there seems to be more space between the d-pad and the a and b buttons so you can hold your hands more naturally instead of forced closer to one point. The sound of the I is MILES better than the II which is maybe my biggest issue with the II. I don't care that much about stereo-headphone, the sound of the Lynx is something not suitable for headphone for prolonged times IMHO. Compactness I don't care about, it's not like I'm still a schoolboy having to have this fit in my pocket anymore The overall feel of quality is higher on the I too IMHO. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
