JagLink interface...do you use it?

JagLink interface...do you use it? If so, with which game(s) ?

*I realize there are officially only 3 games which support it.

Seriously though, I have always found it intriguing. I'm actually trying to get another Jag at a decent price to give it a shot.

I was using it when Carl was working on the networking code for DOOM but now that that's fallen off the map, still unresolved, they just dangle there.

Yes, the JagLink is constantly connected, and regularly used with Doom and Battlesphere.

 

I thought that the Doom 2 level-version from neo_rg would work with JagLink, but unfortunately it doesn't (as far as I know, if someone knows if/how it works, I would gladly hear it)

 

If I had a Jaglink II, then I would try 3 player Aircars and Battlesphere but I only have the original JagLink.

Doom and Aircars.

I just couldn't pass the idea to link to Jags together, so got a second Jag (which also was modded 50/60hz) to play Doom and Aircars on. Have only played them linked once each, but look forward to play it again with my kids when they're old enough for sci-fi shooter and then gore fest, and two friends who live far away have shown interest in Jaguar in general. Guess none of it will ever happen, but my hope is high.

Either way, cool gadget. And two Jags linked is just cool as it is.

It is a lot of fun. Had some nights where I played with my friend's kids on Battlesphere and Doom.

 

Tried Air Cars but it sucked.

I was using for Doom when I held retro games days at my place. But Doom didn't get that much of a look-in, especially since the the networking is buggy so I sold one of my consoles.
