Koa Zo
Cho Ren Sha 68k would be bad-assed.There's a demo-version recently done on the Super Cassette Vision, though I've read that console had some impressive sprite capabilities. Don't know if it would be possible on 5200.

RetroLucky
While tengen tetris, shark shark, or rampage would be more feasible to see, I'd be really impressed to see Pokémon red/blue

Neogeoman
As the 5200 was the very first system I got as a kid and is responsible for beginning my love of video games and collecting that still goes strong today is has to be none other than Cloak and Dagger....the holy grail. Ever since I saw the game in the movie I wanted it, even though the game in the movie was the arcade version. For someone to finish and publish this game would be one of the all time great accomplishments in the Atari universe. I'd be the first on line to get my copy! Here's to dreaming.... adam242
Parsec https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uCSQd0eJKQQ That one shouldn't be too tough... an Atari 8-bit version was done a few years ago. That video would look a lot better if you could see the artifact colors. Personally, I'd like to see some good racers that take advantage of the analog stick. GACCRR anyone?

LambdaCalculus379
If I had to pick... > Marble Madness > Commando > David's Midnight Magic > Crazy Climber > Moon Cresta > Time Pilot > Gradius (a bit of a stretch? The NES got a port and that system has less RAM (2K) than the Atari 5200 (16K) ) > Rally-X > Mappy

Secret of NIMH Smurfs Zoo Keeper Elevator Action Joust 2:Survival of the Fittest Marble Madness Food Fight Double Dragon Championship Sprint Pole Position 2 Macross The Legend of Kage Mappy E.T. An updated version of E.T. would be amazing. We should invite Howard Scott Warshaw back to make it. It would sell like crazy.

All of those games would rock on the 5200! I especially would love to hear the music from Legend of Kage played on the POKEY!
