7800 started life as add-on for 2600. They developed 7800 launch titles and the 1983 2600 games that made the previous ones look like steaming heaps. GCC was also developing the 7800 keyboard add-on.

I didnt know 7800 waa going be 2600 add on. Hmmm. Were they going to make the 7800 laser disc add on too? Thier alliance all started from ms pacman or missle command or something rom updated in arcade via homebrew in lawsuit right?

Ah thanks. Its crazy how they could tweek the boards and make games better i think they did it Namco with ms pacman too but I guess them messing with Atari boards was the best thing for them. They do anything after the 7800 for the lynx or jag?
