Guest Posted January 9, 2017 Share Posted January 9, 2017 ok... work your way thru this SIO2PC-USB - Atarimax - using APE/Prosystem - Making real disks from ATRs 1] chain devices: Atari >> Disk Drive(s) >> SIO2PC >> PC 2] power up PC - SIO2PC LEDs should flash 3x 3] boot Atari with any disk in place (old menu disks are quicker) SIO2PC LEDs should repeatedly flash during boot 4] Run APE from PC - select Menu - >> IMAGE TOOLBOX >> launch PROSYSTEM 5] should say "1 drive detected" NB - Handshake is more reliable with Atari powered up key steps - answer each step 2 - answer YES? ok, answer NO? - check control panel, install drivers, check SIO cable and USB cable, swap these once you can get a YES to step 2, then next key step is step 5 answer YES? - all good answer NO? - run hardware setup from APE Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
