+chue
Snake Plissken! I have this bookmarked so I can buy a cart when i have some extra $$. You got it! That was fast - I thought it would be little harder than that. For those that want to try out the game, it is here: http://atariage.com/forums/topic/253095-flashrom-99-finalgrom-99-image-repository-5192017/page-26?do=findComment&comment=3622926 The above ROM works in Classic99 - I'm unsure about other emulators. OK digdugnate, your turn. Edited July 3, 2017 by chue

PeBo
I know the answer to that one, but Ièll happily let someone else answer if they would kindly let me know the commands! Being a lover of the Atari "beer version" of this game, I've tried to play this TI version several time, but can't for the life of me figure out the keyboard (or joystick) commands with which to play it! I thought it would be straight forward but it seems not. So go for the fame and fortune of naming the title, but please help me play it! Tursi
I know what it's based off, but I had no idea we had a clone on the TI. I'll be watching for the name of that one!
digdugnate
I was gonna say.. I know the original game, but I'm stumped for the TI version!
Opry99er
For sure it's Tapper... but there is TI version??? Awesome! Looking forward to trying it out, once the name is revealed.
sparkdrummer
PeBo: Keyboard only 1 - top counter 2 - middle counter 3 - bottom counter 0 - serves product - just tap, don't press and hold The game is a bitch.
+Ksarul
Wasn't this one of the CSI Design games? ISTR it was one of the first compiled games for the TI. . .
sparkdrummer
Yes sir. CSI and/or Challenger if you will.
PeBo
OK, I give up waiting for someone else... Locally I guess we could call the game 967-11-11 - the jingle from advertising for a Canadian restaurant chain called "PizzaPizza" (non-Canadian readers probably recognize the name from the boards at NHL/NLL games, since they are a major sports sponsor) The name of the game (without the duplex error) is simply "Pizza" Thank you to sparkdrummer and Tursi who helped me to (finally) figure out the controls (I think I was miffed by the fact that you don't run down the counter (as you mentioned as well Tursi) so I was looking for something more complicated.
Opry99er
I'll be looking for that one. I have Gamebase, so I'm sure it is there.
+Ksarul
I'll have to see if I can find my manual for this one and scan it in. . .

PeBo
This one is VERY high on my top ten favourite TI games (and one of the great puzzlers on any system). If you don't have it, you should!
+chue
So that last game really was "Pizza"? While I was looking for the name of a TI "Tapper" clone, I hit upon some TI cart lists: http://www4.ncsu.edu/~awwatkin/ATARI/LISTS/ti99.html http://www.99er.net/rarity.html They both have "Tapper" (published by Sega) listed, so I was 90% sure the game was Tapper. Since this game is Pizza, does anyone know what the listed Tapper game is? Or do the lists just have the name wrong?

Since this game is Pizza, does anyone know what the listed Tapper game is? Or do the lists just have the name wrong? Gotta take the TI lists with a grain of salt...somewhere along the line quite a few never-released, rumoured, and vapourware titles have been added. Now granted a few have recently found the light of day thanks to some dedicated folks (Slime, Robotron 2084, Tutankham for example, all got crossed off my "never-released" list over the past year)) but nearly anything you see listed with a rarety of "0" or "unconfirmed" are likely just someone's wishful thinking. To be fair, "planned releases" are included in the name of completeness. but as much as I'd love to see Joust, or Choplifter or Galaxian or Battlezone, I think we're more likely to see a 21st century homebrew (Galaxian yes please) before see "0" rarety original era software magically appear from a box in someone's basement.. Then again, we CAN run Arcturus from an SD card on a FR99 (or FGR99!!), so ANYTHING is possible.
