toiletunes
Yes! Sorcerer! One of my top 20 favorite games - there's just some kind of special charm to it. Ever try to play without grabbing the hoverboard? I also like to try to stay on screen and keep moving after death. There's a new stage every few levels (probably stops eventually but I haven't gotten that far yet) and the music is unique. Plus, the game rewards you for killing enemies by removing the bass line. The lightning stage adds to the variety, and the overall pace is pretty good - not too fast, not too slow. The game gets a lot of hate, but to each his own. PS, no flicker

AtariWarlord
A little help for those who are as confused as I was: Exocet was rereleased by Froggo in 1987 under the name Cruise Missile. Exact same game as far as I can tell (and equally crappy in my opinion).
oyamafamily
Unless otherwise noted by S.BAZ (who has the final word), DON'T USE CONTINUE on Super Cobra (NO continues by "default" HSC rules). (When you lose your last life, DON'T press fire button. Just wait for the appearance of final score and then take a screenshot) Edited August 1, 2017 by oyamafamily

S.BAZ
Answer to questions: YES -- The Panda version of Exocet is allowed (and is actually the NTSC rom provided above). YES -- The Froggo version, called "Cruise Missile", is also allowed. -- These supposedly all play exactly the same. If anyone knows any reason for not using one of these versions, please say. YES -- To keep the previous HSC rules for Super Cobra, and in order to compete with the previous record, continues ARE allowed. note: Continuing in Super Cobra will probably disadvantage your score, but may provide good practice for future attempts.
