Andromeda Stardust
Lunchbox, maybe? Similar style anyway. That object in the photo looks like a mousepad. Reverse Google Image search only turned up the above image. EDIT: Cleaned it up for you!

Reverse Google Image search only turned up the above image. This is not a mouse pad but the original artwork. The painting is paper thin and is cut to the edge of the blue. It doesn't sit flat on the paper. You aren't seeing black mouse pad foam but shadow. The person who sold this painting to me years ago just responded to my message as well.. He also said a lunchbox. Does this lunchbox exist?
Andromeda Stardust
Perhaps it was original artwork for a Ms Pacman lunchbox prototype that never materialized? If vintage Ms Pacman lunchbox existed, there would be photos of it online. Keep us posted on developments...

Here is the original "Miss" Pac-Man concept artwork for the arcade cabinet.

+GoldLeader
BTW It's not identical...Nose, hands, blushing, eyes etc., are slightly different...But it looks painted to represent almost the same image.

Source of inspiration confirmed! Is the "mousepad" image a piece of fanart or vintage piece? The OP says he owns the painting, so some insight to the author and whether it was done on comission or for fun would be nice.
