carlsson Posted September 18, 2018 Share Posted September 18, 2018 I know you have events such as Halloween and Thanksgiving to look forward to, and may be a little annoyed when stores start their Christmas decorations several months ahead, but in this case I don't think it is a bad idea to collect participants for the SS already now, do a shuffle by mid October and let everyone go crazy. It gives people more time to find items that really fit their recipient, plus that with an increased amount of international members, shipping times should be taken into account. Also make an option not only if you'd send overseas, but also if you'd accept packages from overseas now with increased customs controls and import fees. Generally the customs don't like gifts with zero declared value. As far as I know, us within the European Union can freely send eachother items without worrying about that, while packages from America or Asia might be held for days or weeks while clearing customs. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
