GradualGames
I've found two repositories for dasm: https://github.com/munsie/dasm and http://dasm-dillon.sourceforge.net/ It appears as though the sourceforge repository has more recent commits. I'm a little surprised by this since git is basically the standard source control system these days. Which one is considered "the source of truth" for dasm? Not that it matters much, the dasm I built from the git repo is working just fine right now for learning...
+rbairos
Same question. Anyone know?
CurtisP
Since both the description and README on the github page reference the sourcforge page, I think it's safe to say that the sourceforge is where you want to go to get the latest official version of DASM. +SpiceWare
I'm a little surprised by this since git is basically the standard source control system these days. These days sure, but the last update was March 2014 which was still rather early in the days of the SF fiasco. SF said they'd reform after GIMP called them out at the end of 2013. They did for a while, but then started doing sleazy things again causing the migration away from SF to really take off 2015. Even then it can take a while for projects to change, Stella didn't switch to GitHub until the start of 2017.
