SD Cart guidance

One can disable BASIC in code by doing LDA #$FF, STA $D301, which is harmless on the 400/800. I added that code into the boot sectors just before the cartridge check (there were 6 NOP bytes just after the check, so no trouble putting in the patch). Hopefully that won't throw off anything else in the code, but a quick test in Altirra seems ok.

this exactly the sort of thing that should be done to everything, including turning on basic for programs that need it... this would work for the reversed basic logic in many OS solutions... etc..
