Flojomojo
With all of their bell ringing, I missed this little nugget buried in their press release... So it comes with a whole bucketful of caveats. https://business.nasdaq.com/list/international-designation Launched in December 2015, the Nasdaq International Designation program is designed for Level 1 ADRs and Canadian companies that trade on the over-the-counter (OTC) market. The program offers a unique partnership with Nasdaq that provides member companies with Nasdaq’s robust visibility offering which allows for greater access to US investors, and can potentially increase liquidity The program does not impose SEC filing requirements or otherwise change your regulatory obligations All the visibility of being on Nasdaq but none of the pesky SEC filing requirements? That's almost as smart as making a game console/computer with other people's money on a crowdfunding platform known for not enforcing its rules or normal consumer protections! Will Atari SA have a ceremony when they fail to meet the requirements of this designation and get kicked off the exchange? Oh, and if you were wondering where some of your Atari Vault pennies went: Nasdaq International Designation has a $5k application fee and a $20k annual fee.
Inky
I've thought of investing in Atari. If they go bankrupt, I'm only out ten bucks.

MrBeefy
More- https://comicbook.com/gaming/2018/10/24/atari-flashback-classics-release-date-nintendo-switch/ That's good for Switch users and my brother will probably get it. So do you know when the next update for the Ataribox is coming out? They are way behind schedule.
Pink
I didn't actually watch the video. I assume it's something like this based on their financial reports that I read earlier. Edited November 1, 2018 by Pink
+frankodragon
Maybe Atari with all the bullshit should hire that Tai Lopez with his lamborghini in his garage and "knowledge" and bring even more "bullshit."
