Object processor bug?

It looks that the CLUT #0 it's always black, If you change the first color palette to any colour and draw a 8bit sprite non transparent (haven't tried with 1, 2, 4 bits), the pixels with color index 0 are drawn in black, always.

 

Anyone have the same issues?, I've been looking at the code and looks right, but I can't use the color #0.

No, that is not correct. All the ST ports use CLUT 0 and they change the background (Index 0) often.
