Thanks for offering this, pending its success, maybe this will motivate other teams to consider something like this, pending on how successful this is. I've been flip flopping back and forth on the Phoenix, this may be the nudge that pushes me over the edge and says yes (even though it's also minimizing my cash flow too, oh well, birthday coming up in Feb LOL) Question: if you DON'T get 100 members, does this mean you aren't going ahead with this?
