As 2 of them are supposed to be ground you could check for continuity between them, the 2 that are connected would be ground. Edit: Viewing the PCB images in post 1 I can see that the inside pins(2&3) are connected to the ground plane, while header pin 1 connects to socket pin 27 and header pin 4 connects to socket pin 1. Thanks .. what I thought. Did not think of checking for continuity.

It's the only one I can find at a reasonable price that's easy to mount. https://www.ebay.ca/itm/2PC-10mm-DP4T-Rotary-Switch-Double-4-Position-15mm-Knurled-Shaft-PC-Mount-Switch/111989402572?hash=item1a1316abcc:g:SaEAAOSw9etXQYf- I bought these and they work great both in size and function. Thanks!
+Nezgar
I have 30 of these 4xOS PCB's onhand. It might be a while before I get a chance to build them up, so in the mean time I'm making these available if you're handy with a soldering iron. Actually I can probably throw in the headers, socket, and resistors too. Extra if you need a programmed EPROM. -- $5ea, postage $2 Canada/USA, $3 International Or wait until I have some more assembled.
