+sixersfan105
Nothing like playing a little Froggie on my newly acquired GE 7-7800A. That's right, 7800 on a 7800!!!

+sixersfan105
Colour AND stereo sound? That's one impressive TV. How bout it?! Haha I've got a remote on the way. Took a little digging but found one as part of an eBay lot. Seller wouldn't separate out so I've got seven useless remotes headed my way, too lol... +sixersfan105
Oh, that's just awesome! Love the XEGS BTW. Thank you! I recently completed my XEGS collection and am starting to get into the 8-bit homebrew scene, too.
TrekMD
That's cool. I got a XEGS a few months ago and I'm building up the game collection. Did you get all the XEGS releases?

Sweet! Yeah I just mean the blue box XEGS-branded games. Some are tough to track down!
Jinks
Love the look! CRT FTW. I would rock the tape player too. Can you play it at the same time of the tv going if the game sounds suck? Another question. Can the tape player run a supercharger? Btw your eq is flat. On a 3 band I always ran 100 50 75 for my brand new brothers in arms tape 33-35 years ago right after I outgrown my smurf pajamas which me and my sister had. I had to write that last part for my therapy. Edited January 20, 2019 by Jinks

I haven't tried the radio or tape player while using the TV, but I don't think it'll work, as there's a "TV/Audio" toggle that makes me think it shuts off one in order for the other to function. I haven't messed with the equalizer much (just got it the other day) but I appreciate the suggestion on 100/50/75! Haha Smurf pajamas - love it! +sixersfan105
Oh and don't worry...I also have a pro-line joystick and a danthwader NES-style pad. The CX-78 is not my only controller My go-to on the XEGS is a cream-colored Kraft Mazemaster joystick. Love the short throw on it and the ability to switch it back and forth between 4-way and 8-way depending on the game.
