griz
Hi guys, I have an AV modded VCS that has a left and right RCA output. One for each sound channel. But I have a mono-only TV that I am using it with. Can I simply combine these two together with a common ground, or should I be using some resistors too? Please advise. +FujiSkunk
Common ground is fine. A simple Y-cable will do.

griz
Y-cable built and working just fine. Thanks again.
ChildOfCv
Just a note, the VCS already connects left and right straight out of the TIA chip anyway. So unless the AV mod includes cutting the board trace and running separate sound wires to the new sound output connections, both sound jacks are the same connection anyway, and a Y cable isn't even needed. Just hook one of them to the TV.
griz
Thanks ChildOfCV. My VCS has the longhorn engineer mod and the two audio channels were separated.
