Aunty Entity Posted February 23, 2019 Share Posted February 23, 2019 Aloha, I have a deceased RamFactor and am trying to find a way to revive it. Luckily a donor card came my way and with much chip pulling a gnashing of teeth, I discovered a marginal EPROM, no biggy in itself and a dead pal. The pal is one of a pair, twins if you will on the board, so I still have a function one, and a second that can be tried on the donor board. My next problem is finding software to read the state/programming thats gone into the PAL. Has anyone got suggestions what will read an MMI 20X8CNS and create a jedec file?
