Wyluli Wolf
I have an Atari XE Game System but the keyboard is not working. I've replaced the mylar with a new one but still no luck. Does anyone have a working Pokey Chip for sale as I'd like to try that next? -Wolf
zylon
Hmmm, more common failure for the XEGS keyboard is either the cable, or a component on the little sub board inside.

I've done some other troubleshooting though I could not say for sure about the cable. You can read all about it HERE Any input is welcome. masschamber
I wish I could help you, but keep in mind if the keys are shot but the audio is still good, try to make sure it gets into a pokey homebrew game
zylon
Well, I don't have any loose POKEY's, but I do have a functional NTSC XEGS mobo handy. Only issue it has is the channel select switch is broken off, but I set it to 3 with tiny screwdriver.
