Sprogx
I've recently been offered 3 2600 games; 'Dancing Plate', 'Sea Monster' & 'Space Tunnel' all of which I know very little about, and was hoping someone could give me some insight, as when searching i've found very little information. All games are in their boxes with manuals and appear to be in excellent condition. Image is attached. Would really appreciate anyone who could help shed some light on the rarity and value of these games. Thanks! Flojomojo
Welcome! This is definitely the right place for a question like that. I wish I knew the answer but I'm more of a "buy up mainstream stuff in 1984, throw out the packaging, and play" kind of person myself. These aren't on the big list of gameshttp://atariage.com/software_search.php?SystemID=2600So I would assume they're some manner of international bootleg cartridges, possibly relabeled with something else inside."Value" is tricky to deduce. I say list them on eBay and see who is interested. The market determines prices, not some canonical rarity list.
Sprogx
Thanks for your response! I did find Dancing Plate & Space Tunnel on that list https://atariage.com/software_page.php?SoftwareLabelID=2044,http://atariage.com/software_page.php?SoftwareLabelID=2343however there doesn't appear to be a great deal of information on there either, just hoping someone has an idea of what exactly they are and can shed some more insight. Thanks again, all the best Welcome! This is definitely Italy the right place for a question like that. Flojomojo
In what country do you live? I'm curious how far these have traveled.
Sprogx
I'm in Australia. In what country do you live? I'm curious how far these have traveled.
+KaeruYojimbo
Those are Bit Corp games, a Taiwanese company that created games mostly sold in Europe (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bit_Corporation) but a lot of their games made it to other markets under other titles (Dancing Plate was sold in North America as Dishaster, for example). There's a list of all their games at Atarimania (http://www.atarimania.com/list_games_atari-2600-vcs-bit-corporation_publisher_96_2_G.html) which is a very good resource, especially for games released outside of North America. I can't help you much with the value, I don't know if they're particularly rare (I know I've come across a few copies of them here in the U.S.).

They belong to a series of nine first release Bit Corporation titles: http://www.atarimania.com/pgelstsoft.awp?system=2&type=G&publisher=96&original=1&step=200 Please know that these nine titles were original releases, not hacks or pirates! In this condition, I would say they are rarity 8, perhaps even 9. Value depends on what a collector wants to give. I'm sure there are PAL collectors out there who are interested in these (I'm pretty sure they are PAL, looking at the Brashs tag). Sprogx
Thanks for your response & welcome! You seem to be very knowledgeable on the subject, would you happen to know any collectors who might be able to give me some idea of value? Trying to determine what would be a reasonable price to pay. Try the Marketplace on this forum and you will soon find out. A lot of VCS cart collectors are AtariAge members.
