DarkMage231
I'm quite new to bB and Atari 2600 programming in general, so forgive me if this is a vapid inquiry, but I created a playfield in the playfield editor as a .pla file and subsequently dragged the file into the editor, which inserted the "pfcolors:" and "playfield:" commands automatically; however, bB refuses to compile it, stating there is a syntax error on the line that contains "pfcolors:" no matter where I put the command. Below is my script in its entirety. Thanks in advance! playfield: ................................ .....XX........XX........XX..... ....XXXX......XXXX......XXXX.... ...XXXXXX....XXXXXX....XXXXXX... ..XXXXXXXX..XXXXXXXX..XXXXXXXX.. ...XXXXXX....XXXXXX....XXXXXX... ...XXXXXX....XXXXXX....XXXXXX... ......X.........X.........X..... ......X.........X.........X..... XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX end pfcolors: $00 $02 $02 $02 $02 $40 $40 $04 $04 $06 $06 end main drawscreen goto main game.bas
+Random Terrain
Take a look at this: https://www.randomterrain.com/atari-2600-memories-batari-basic-commands.html#kernelopchart You have to turn the kernel option on before you can use it.
