rcamp48
I just got the program for the 1050 archiver 1.1 and don't know which code to use to open the chip, does it work with the Mini Speedy? If so I have a good copier for it. I am more interested in the editor... Russ
ijor
The open code is different on each drive unit. It is a sort of serial number. That's the whole point. Archiver emulators, such as the one for the Happy, typically don't need an open code. They start already open. Archiver/The Chip clones usually have an "obvious" open code, such as 0000, 1234, or something like that. Please, please, DO NOT crosspost the same question on multiple threads.
+Nezgar
I know of programs to temporarily 'convert' a happy 1050 to an Archiver, to be able to use the actual Archiver Editor software, but I dont think such a tool exists for Speedy.
