Can anyone help me identify this game?

Apologies in advance if this is in the wrong place, but this is my first post so go easy on me.

 

I just got my Atari 2600 started up for the first time in the 3 years I’ve owned it. A couple weeks ago I went to a small game store near me and decided to get a few of their $1 Atari games. They’re all covered in dirt for some reason, and the labels are all in poor condition if they even have any. I decided to grab 3 “mystery” cartridges (really just 3 without labels). I grabbed one in an Activision shell, one in a Parker Brothers shell, and the last in a standard Atari shell. The Activision one was Pitfall!, which was lucky because that’s what I was hoping for, the Parker Brothers was Strawberry Shortcake, and then this one which I’ve never seen before. Any info would be appreciated
