Gamer888
Some years ago, I had a jaguar and afew great games. I sold everything and now I would like to be back in the game. I was surprised to see, on ebay, that some after sought games such as Atari Karts are sold in a very low price due to be convert version, not the original. How come??what is the deal about such games?Really, one could say that I have missed everything Jaguar related since 2013 or so..
PFG 9000
If you could provide a link to the auction, we could give you a better answer. But it's probably a reproduction (pirate copy) cart.
+sixersfan105
By "convert" version you mean reproduction, and those are not very valuable because they don't have value to collectors since they're not the real thing.
DragonGrafx-16
Maybe he means converted as the rom of a more expensive game written over a a cheaper game which is common with PC Engine HuCards? In that case just buy a repro over one of those converted games. I see the these rewritten HuCard games going for like $70-90 when you can just get a repro of the same game for $45 from tg16pcemods. Yeah I know I could just by an everdrive but bleh...
