Mr. Brow Posted November 29, 2019 Share Posted November 29, 2019 I've been doing a lot of playing around with the MAME joystick configuration, in particular the joystick_map parameter. I didn't realize before this how much freedom you had to configure the way the joystick is interpreted in-game. I did a write-up demonstrating how it works in my blog. negative1 Posted December 25, 2019 Share Posted December 25, 2019 Nice. good work on explaining it. I've never messed around with the mappings. I just use 8 way sticks for everything.
