I've never heard of an Aquarius SD Card Adapter anyway, sure you don't mean intellivision? Bruce built a prototype a few years ago (and made some good progress on it, too!), and someone on eBay was selling a PCB set based on Bruce's design. However, it wasn't sold as a completed product; these were just the blank boards that you would assemble yourself with your own components.
