Included are the original screws if you want to remove the wall mount add on. US power supply also included. Works great, I just upgraded to the GSCART 5.2 setup to handle my WiiDual. I purchased a SCART Hydra from him (among tons of other things in the past) and it arrived in pristine condition. It was like it was brand new. I would have gone for this if I had needed dual SCART outputs. This is a REALLY good deal for someone looking for a high quality SCART switcher.
