Mehridian Sanders
Well ... good weekend project.... sans key programming. Cleaned the entire keyboard inside and out. Pro Micro installed. LED holes drilled and filled. CAPS, SCROLL, AND NUM lock. All those extra keys will be like "CALL" and whatnot. Should cut down on programming time. Oh and it went from RJ-45 8P8C to USB. Mehridian Sanders
Summary Phase 1 : ok the keyboard works .. the Pro-Micro Failed miserably. The Controller either self destructed or I did it. I ordered a Teensy 2.0 to replace the Pro Micro. I soldered and programmed it within 45 mins and it was working with it, USB output. Now Phase 2 : Objectives/Obstacles: The keyboard only works on the computer in which I compiled the .sc file on. This can mean one of two things. A) The keyboard only works on the computer it was compiled on. B) The keyboard requires the programming files only. More to research. Thanks all! And time to get a PCB from @arcadeshopper for testing. Thanks for hosting those! Edited February 5, 2020 by Mehridian Sanders
