Altirra Question

I use Altirra most days, I have it configured the same as my 130XE with U1M and Side2,

 

My question is: is there a way to save the configuration, I've tried but can't find a way.

 

The reason is some programs don't like SpartDOS X and/or Side2, so when I want to use 

a utility or program that needs to boot from D1:, I have to remove the devices and put them

back later, not hard, but a bit of a pain.

 

I would like to have a profile of standard 130XE and another with the U1M that I can load at a click.

All do-able in the profiler, pimp out a machine in configure system to you wants then go to the profiler and create / add a new profile under the system it is ie XL/XE making sure to use whatever categories are needed then repeat process for the machine without the devices / drives and another new profile.

 

Make sure you tick show in menu in the profile editor..

 

I think that is what you want?

 

Edited as I always forget which way around to make the profile, before create the new profile or after...Sure its after, yeah, has to be after you configure the machine.....Not done it in awhile....

Thanks, looks like I need to play with it a bit, I seem to have broken something, it just makes a screeching sound

then goes to what looks like a RAM testing screen, very strange
