The Rook
I recently bought a 32-in-1 cartridge for the 7800 from eBay from an Australian seller. It arrived today and looking at it, I can see a green label underneath the yellow 7800 label. This made me suspicious and worried that this was a fake. Or someone was trying to pass off a 2600 version for a 7800 version. So looking on here one post I found talked about how the 2600 32-in-1 carts were reused for the 7800 in Australia. Is this true? Are there other versions of this 32-in-1 cart from Europe that did not do this? https://atariage.com/forums/topic/27994-questions-about-32-in-1/
+Mitch
There are green label 2600 32 in 1 carts. I have also seen 32 in 1 carts with the yellow 7800 label stuck on top of the green label. Your cart is likely legit. It is the exact same cart with 32 different 2600 games on it regardless of which label it has on it. The Rook
Okay, so technically it is not a 7800 cartridge. It's a 2600 cartridge that either has a green label for the 2600 or a yellow label for the 7800. But either way, it's a 2600 cartridge that will play in either a 2600 or a 7800 regardless of the label.

Jason_Atari
They are pretty common over here in Australia as they where bundled with the console. The relabeled ones seem to be more common.
