How do i delete or edit a post?

Please help! I used to be able to do this, but I don't see the buttons for this now.

You cannot delete a post, and posts can only be edited for 60 minutes (Subscribers can edit posts for 30 days).  What post do you want to edit or delete?  I can easily give you permission to edit a specific post.  Please provide a direct link (you can click on the post number to get a link to that post).

It's for a friend. It's post #713 in the PacLand post on the 7800 forum. He's new to the site. He's online now if you want to verify that he wants it deleted. His user name is @Artillory
