Mehridian Sanders
I was looking around the internet and stumbled across this interesting little find. My head quirked to the side like a dog who is inquisitive. "Aroo??" my mind said : https://tauonelectronics.com/ I am fairly certain that getting it to emulate the TI-99/4a should be possible. When I acquire one I will letcha know how it looks on the inside and how well it seems to take to new apps. (as it appears to be android based) Decently priced at around $100. Even if you don't like the internal ARM, could probably still turn it into a portable TI terminal or some such. Looks intruiging.

Already have a android tablet and bluetooth gamepad and bluetooth keyboard that can do anything that device was seen doing in the video. What they are selling is basically like a android tablet with the main display replaced by a keyboard.
