+karri
I just updated the RetroPie software to the latest image in my Stoneage Lynx. It is a pity that the Lynx I original screen size was so small. I like this a lot more.
LordKraken
ahah looks cool! Are you going to cut off the sheel to integrate the screen properly? Maybe you could show up the prototype to the real Atari guys, they seem to be in such a bad shape econmically that they might go for the Atari Lynx III

It is an analog monitor intended for a rear camera in a car. It was a really cheap screen from China. It interfaces to the Pi3 using analog video connection. The cool thing is that I used a broken Lynx I PCB for buttons, audio amplifier, speaker and cart connector. So it really uses original Lynx carts as well.
+karri
A small picture story about the Stoneage Lynx... You can navigate RetroPie with the Lynx buttons The game can be played in correct rotation or rotated There is an interface to real carts like the PiHAT for reading and writing carts. You can emulate other platforms as well. Games like Hero Quest work fine by plugging in a keyboard/mouse combo The back of the Lynx also provides HDMI So you can use fulls screen resolutions of the TV A nice project imho... Now my Lynx has WiFi, BT, Ethernet, cc65 build environment. So it doubles as a laptop. The new CPU is a Raspberry Pi 3. Edit: The original Lynx I was beyond repair. The Mikey chip was gone and it lacked several parts as I needed them for repairs of other Lynx I units. So no Lynx was harmed in this emulator project.
