TGB1718
How does this work, no matter what I try it just responds with:- 139 Device NAK or Usage: ATRMNT [/B] [/U] ? ATRNAME[.AT R] /B: Make boot drive /U: Unmount drive There doesn't seem to be a MAN page with any examples I have FATFS loaded and can see all the .ATR files on the designated drive. Just a working example would be great
flashjazzcat
What hardware are you using? FATFS.SYS version? Are you using the latest version of the tool with the latest U1MB or Incognito firmware? Is the PBI HDD enabled?
TGB1718
U1MB SIDE PBI BIOS v.3.10, dev. 0 Ultimate clock installed FATFS v.0.87L DOSKEY: loaded 9 aliases Yes, PBI Enabled
flashjazzcat
The version of ATRMNT on the most recently released toolkit disk appears to work fine. Don't forget you have to specify the target drive specification as the first parameter, separately from any FAT drive spec you provide in front of the ATR name. The test I just ran here mounted an ATR on drive H: as drive A:. ATRMNT A: H:TEST.ATR
TGB1718
Thanks, thats similar to the command I used ATRMNT D4: DO:MYFILES.ATR which failed, I'll download the latest toolkit disk and give it a try (although I used the kit on the latest Incognito download)

Firmware 3.10 tightened up DSTATS checking and revealed some sloppy values in older versions of the tools, so it's possible that using an older version of ATRMNT would cause the exact issue you're seeing. TGB1718
I downloaded the latest version, but can't find ATRMNT on the disk, it's not even mentioned in the toolkit_files.txt Is it packed with some other utility ? sdx_449_1597327906.zip
flashjazzcat
It's not on the SDX ROM. It's in the TOOLS>SDX folder of the toolkit disk. https://atari8.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/APT_Toolkit_100520.zip Edited August 13, 2020 by flashjazzcat
