coachbrj
I need help from a moderator, or anyone, to get my 5200 back from atari-dna. I have messaged him and even written a letter sent through the mail, to no avail. He has had it since November and there has been no contact since February. Can anyone help?
+DrVenkman
You know the address - call local law enforcement where he lives and ask to speak to a detective about a petty larceny.
0078265317
Ya he has mine too. Nothing a mod here can do about it.
holygrailvideogames.com
https://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx You might also be able to file a mail fraud complaint depending on the situation.

This is the best option for him at this point, I agree.
0078265317
He responded to my pm. He is fine. No fraud. Fear not, your 5200 is in good hands. I had been confronted with a personal tragedy which was a protracted and miserable time. I am now back home and able to address your console repair. There was more but you get the idea. coachbrj
He contacted me with a very courteous message. All is well. Thanks everyone. In related news, I will soon have an extra 5200, newly modded, with after-market controllers (Wico brand), a 5200 trackball controller, and several loose game cartridges (including the elusive Meteorites) for sale.
