+Andrew Davie
My STM boards have arrived, but I can't get them to connect. Is it the case that I first have to solder them onto the pluscart board, because that makes connections on the STM that are required for the USB to work? The boot1 jumper has to be short for flashing.. +Andrew Davie
Well the STM boards arrived rapidly from China. But now I have to wait for the ESP-01S boards and I expect they might take another couple of months.... dammit.
marauder666
I bought 3 of each, arrived within 2 weeks to UK. Built one, flashed, and worked first time. Well, apart from maybe screwing up the 7800. All working fine on the RGB modded 6 switch PAL 2600.

Have to say, it seems extremely unlikely to me that the PlusCart blew up your 7800. I guess we just wait for a second occurrence....
marauder666
I think its unlikely too. i did add some shielded cable to the video upgrades a few weeks ago, but cant remember if i tested with 2600 carts or not. i’ll take it apart tomorrow, and check some things. Just wanted tomwarn people just in case.

I'm doing the programming after the assembly or before I send them, so it is the latest firmware version programmed.
