Imagic did a great job on this one, though gosh dang is it ever hard! I don't have much trouble avoiding the gates or tunneling through the walls, but it seems like the missiles and fried green space tomatoes of death get me every time. Laser Gates (Game 1, B/B Difficulty): 38,999 I only played a time or two for my score so far, can't *really* help with strategy, but I remember on the tomatoes and the jumping Guys(from Laser Volley, again, same/same), once you reach a certain point of no return(close to them)you need to fly past them and try to turn around and shoot. It IS a really good game, as you prolly know, I LOVE Doggone It!, but it takes a good while to get a "scoring" game in now, well over a half hour, this one doesn't seem like it takes too long to get a really good game going. I *think* I remember you mentioning primarily using a flashback stick to play anymore-I had done so some in the past, easier on the hands, feels cheap as crap but IS responsive, I've actually used one myself primarily, since Dragster weeks(except during paddle weeks, obviously, ha!). Lining up to get a missile or something that bounces around is pretty difficult. Each new detonator after the destruction of first one (i.e., after the completion of Stage 1) will add a trapped pin. Stage 2 - 1 trapped pin (3 normal) - chance 75% Stage 3 - 2 trapped pin (2 normal) - chance 50% Stage 4 - 3 trapped pin (1 normal) - chance 25% Score ending with: 0 or 5 - no detonator destroyed (example: 9,800) 7 or 2 - 1 detonator destroyed (example: 25,012) 4 or 9 - 2 detonators destroyed (example: 50,514) 1 or 6 - 3 detonators destroyed (example: 75,621) 8 or 3 - 4 detonators destroyed (extremely hard to reach because of a short D-time) @fakecortex @TRB_MetroidTeam - WHOOOPS, you are right, the trapped pins are randomized.
