If your network/WiFi password contains lowercase, you will need to have a PlusCart firmware version that supports lowercase. With your current cart, if it does not, then you may be able to configure your router's password to something without lowercase, or setup your guest network with a non-lowercase password. This limitation is fixed in the latest firmware, which supports lowercase/uppercase and symbols.

If you don’t want to change your WIFI password (and change a saved password on every device that connects to) simply use your mobile phone as a Hot Spot with a simple password with only uppercase and/or numbers.
