+swlovinist
Excluding Missile Command Recharged and Atari Vault 1/2, what the the top five releases so far? I am wanting to buy some of the best games for the Atari VCS to check out.

joeatari1
Well, I have only bought three games so far. So my top three are: 1. Utopos 2. Danger Scavenger 3. Frog Hop I find Utopos very fun and addictive even though I suck at it. Unfortunately it has a very small installed user base and it's not easy to get a game going with other players instead of bots. I also wish there were different arenas to play in. Honorable mention goes to Unsung Warriors Prologue as this is a one level demo. I think it is one of the most exciting games coming to the VCS but not there yet. If the full game plays like the Prologue, then it will easily be in the top spot.

I have Utopos downloaded, but every time I check it out, nobody is online so I turn it off. I just bought Frog Hop. It's not bad. I'll have to spend more time with it someday.. Mockduck
Utopos will rock when/if it ever gets enough concurrency to do public matchmaking. The curse of the online multiplayer game... Agreed on Unsung Warriors - Prologue, it is great and could well make the list. Just too many others to pick from for me.
+jeremiahjt
I do not have a VCS yet, but Guntech is probably the game I will get second (after Atari Vault volume 2).
Mockduck
The good thing about the launch lineup is it really is good to great; anything that seems interesting to you is likely to at least be pretty good. Still, some clearly stand above the others! Guntech is also a likely easy recommendation from most existing VCS users.
