jasonbar
https://www.ebay.com/itm/164954006156 Lot: Sega Master System-SCART RGB + Mod for S-Video/Composite/"Stereo" + Everdrive Flash Cart 3D Glasses + Spare, 2 Control Pads, Light Phaser, All Cables-ALL TESTED GOOD This listing is for a very special SMS system console setup. small mountain of Medical School & Step Test & Match books. SEGA MASTER SYSTEM/POWER BASE. FIRST GENERATION. US MODEL Clean, minor scratches. Very tidy & slick mod to output SCART RGB, or S-Video, or Composite. All 3 outputs tested working. S-Video has some bleeding, but Composite & RGB look *fantastic*. Also "stereo" output jacks (the SMS puts out mono, so I believe that this mod duplicates the mono sound to both the left & right channels). RF Out jack not tested. MASTER EVERDRIVE FLASH CART Works great. Set up with OS rev 5, firmware rev 1. Can hold the entire Master System library & SG-1000 library on a modest SD Card. Housed properly in a cartridge shell, with a classic-style label. This alone costs $129-$152 new online! (see Amazon, Stone Age Gamer, or EverDrive.me). SANDISK 1.0GB SD CARD Works with Everdrive. More than enough to hold the entire system library, & then some. Formatted correctly to work w/ Everdrive. 3-D GLASSES SET a) 3-D Adpater. Plugs into Card Input slot, glasses plug into it. Clean, works great. b) Sega 3-D Glasses. Good condition. Work great. Right temple had broken about 3/4 of the way towards the temple tip. I repaired this by sandwiching taped-on plastic splints to both sides of the earpiece & securing it all with heat shrink tube to keep the splints in place, to provide a comfortably smooth surface, & to blend the colors. It's all good. c) New Shutter Glasses. Simple modern unit purchased a few years ago & used just a few times. Use these if you want to preserve your original Sega brand glasses! LIGHT PHASER LIGHT GUN Very good condition Works swell! 2 CONTROL PAD CONTROLLERS Very good condition. All functions tested good: up, down, left, right, all 4 diagonals, both buttons. AC ADAPTER POWER SUPPLY Sega Model 3025. "Plug-in power supply for use with power base". In: 120V 60Hz, Out: 9VDC 1A, 15W, tip negative. Original power supply, no hum, no issues. RGB SCART + AUDIO CABLE Professional quality cable, purchased from a cable shop. Provides exquisite video & audio for your RGB gaming monitor! S-VIDEO + AUDIO CABLE Professional quality cable, purchased from a cable shop. Provides good video (some images have right-facing shadows) & audio for your RGB gaming monitor! COMPOSITE + AUDIO CABLE Professional quality cable, purchased from a cable shop. Provides very nice video & audio for your standard TV! Tanooki
I hit that with the starting bid if I had room for more, but I've been aggressively downsizing this year. I miss the SMS, settled on a customly done 100in1 cart made for GBA.
DragonGrafx-16
Why does it have an AV out mod when it already has AV out?
jasonbar
Every console has AV out of some sort. Mods provide other AV out options. I prefer to up my consoles to RGB when possible. I think I bought this one with the composite & S-Video mods already executed, perhaps before I got my RGB monitor(?) Thanks, -Jason
