Adam Technical Manual - Has this ever been PDF'd?

In Rich Drushel's listings for EOS5, he offered the following prefatory comment:

;     This regenerated source code for EOS-5 represents a huge investment
;of time and intellectual effort on my part.  It forms the basis for all
;my operating systems development for the Coleco ADAM.  Writing all the
;comments, with only the partial descriptions available in "The Hacker's
;Guide to ADAM" books (some of them patently *wrong*), taught me how (and
;how *not*) to write Z80 code.  I'm somewhat reluctant to let it out in
;this easy-to-misuse form.  But I'm doing it nonetheless.  The ADAM community
;needs technical information readily available, and everything else is out
;of print (including the ADAM Technical Manual with its source listings
;of EOS-6 and OS-7).

Based on that description, I believe that the book that he described in the goldenrod-highlighted section is the same book shown in the following photos:

So, with all that in mind, I have been unable to locate a PDF of this book anywhere online.  It does not appear to be among any of the books in Milli's archive, or among any of the books in any other archive.  (Be careful--there are other books in the archive referencing "technical" in their titles, but a close examination appears to suggest that those books do not contain the same material as the above book.)

Does anyone have a PDF scan of this book?  The two separate volumes are currently listed for $500 each on Ebay, and I am increasingly concerned that this may be the last extant copy of this book.  $1000 round trip is simply beyond my means, but the whole thing has me wondering whether there is another copy of this anywhere out there.

Attached is a pdf version, although this is a "preliminary release" and clearly doesn't include some of the sections that are shown in the photos for that auction.

There's also Rich Drushel's html version, which is again a "preliminary release" but which unfortunately is incomplete.

Thank you.  The PDF appears to be a completely different book.  The Drushel version does appear to be the same book as the auction, but--as you note--with some of the sections missing.

Does anyone have the whole thing?  What a crying shame, if this book is unavailable in a complete form.  The ADAM community should have a complete copy of this, somewhere.

I believe the PDF is the same book.  The contents and appendix list are the same.  Also, comparing the text they are the same, example attached.

So is the PDF essentially the first volume of the print version?  Everything other than the EOS6 & OS7 absolute listings?

If so, then does anyone have the EOS6 & OS7 absolute listings?
