Tempest
I have several games on my CF7 that require EA to run. However when I load EA from my FinalGrom, pick option 5, and type in the file name I get I/O Error 0. I game I'm trying to run is Jumpmam Junior. The file is there (Rom1) so I'm not sure what's going on.
+InsaneMultitasker
Are you typing "DSK" in caps? the device name is case-sensitive. The filenames would probably be the same but you'll have to confirm. Example: "DSK1.ROM1"
+arcadeshopper
Case sensitiveAll devices are CAPS like DSK1. If you have dm2k you can run them in there tooSent from my LM-V600 using Tapatalk
Tempest
I'm a moron. I wasn't putting DSK1 in front of the name! And wow, after coming form the Atari version of Jumpman Jr, the TI-99 version is super janky. It looks right (similar to the Colecovision), but everything just feels off. It also seems much tougher as the bullets come out more frequently and move faster.

I was very proficient on the Commodore 64 version; the TI version kicks my ass every time.

It's strange that in the prototype that many of the level names have been changed. If it was originally a straight port of Jumpman Jr. I wondered why they bothered? Some of the names don't really make sense either like changing Fire Fire to Shoot Shoot.

Tempest
At least Fire Fire as a level makes sense, it's actually kind of hard (especially for the second level). I grew up with the Atari version which had Electrocution. The random electrocuted pieces of the level only slowed you down slightly and did absolutely nothing else. Tempest
Is there something amiss with the ladder down code in Jumpman Jr? Sometimes, especially after jumping to a ladder, I find that Jumpman doesn't want to go down. I have to try, stop and let the joystick center, then try again. This makes the game super hard!
