djglish
Looks great. Where did you get the LED mouse kit from?

Kit was easy to install and works. There is 3 possible connection points on the board depending on your mouse. I got it on the second try. delvis
Darklord - yes it is good to be back home with my Atari ST. In 2016 wife and I moved into a smaller place and I had to store everything. She kept trying to get me to get rid of my stuff. We recently sold our house and moved into a place that has enough room for my man cave again. (3rd bed room) So now it is wall to wall old computer stuff.

Wondering why this isn't a video with the candles lit and the "Bow Chicka Wow Wow" background music. It's almost like you are only half-assing the sexiness of it all.
delvis
Good call... right... I took over the dinner room table for a few minutes with the 1040ST, while the Mega was in the other room on the desk.

LOL Quick question - does this kit do anything to upgrade the mouse buttons themselves? Thanks.
delvis
DarkLord, Yes in this photo you see the two round rubber parts secure the board down. The two square ones are for the mouse buttons. Just don't over tighten the case so the mouse buttons can operate properly. I did have to move the connector to the pins closest to the screw after the photo was taken. There are 3 choices. For me the one in the photo did not work correctly until I moved it. +DarkLord
Thanks for the info, appreciated. One more question, is the "feel" of the buttons much improved over the originals? I have a Best Electronics "True Mouse" that is leagues better in feel than the original. Thanks again.
delvis
It feels better than the stock mouse. Not sure it is better than the one you bought. Cool part is using the original mouse.

delvis
You know anyone willing to swap out a US spec Mono High Res monitor for a US spec Atari ST Color monitor? As of now I have two color and would prefer to have one of each.

Tillek
Just a side note.... If you didn't already know, if you're giving away one of the color monitors don't give away the one shown here (with detachable monitor cable). That's the flagship one.
