stringfellow
I enjoy my Intellivision but don't play it much due to the controllers cramping my ageing hands. What other options are out there? I know of the Wico option but the fire buttons are trash on that. An adapter that would allow other controllers would be great.
+Lathe26
The Intellivision Flashboack controllers are popular. You will need an adapter cable to connect them (wiring is different from the original Intellivisions).

SiLic0ne t0aD
If you could ever land one of Grips03's amazing Intv > Sega Genesis/Master System/Atari 2600 controller converters, that would probably answer all your prayers, but sadly, not too many exist and it is now discontinued. It's unfortunate because they're a real 'game changer' (pun intended). Some might consider it a bit pricey, but it's worth it though, if you love the Intellivision but hate the stock controllers. Hopefully someday he'll make another batch. ? Another excellent, possibly even better option was also made by Grips03 - the Intellivision Arcade Controller. It's a repurposed Neo Geo AES/X controller, made to work on the Inty. Sadly, it's also discontinued, but I think there's a future waiting list in that thread ( for a DIY kit), so it might not hurt to state your interest there or keep your eyes peeled in case a used one pops up. Anyways, here's links to both threads, for further reading, etc. https://atariage.com/forums/topic/213043-intv2-arcade-controller-pre-order-interest-list/
+grips03
I'm likely done making any more controllers / adapters.
Yosikuma
Well this saved me a forum post -- I was just wondering if any alternatives existed. For certain games the original controller is less than ideal (to put it mildly) so I had wondered if anyone had made adapters or even new controllers. I see I was a bit late to this party ^^;;;;
